180k plant in the Kharga Oasis: A giant solar energy project with Lesso Solar cells

A 180KW solar power plant is located in the El Kharaega region of Egypt. It uses Liso Solar photovoltaic cells, which are a type of high-efficiency solar cell that is made of monocrystalline silicon. The power plant is expected to generate enough electricity to power 600 homes. It is part of Egypt’s plan to increase its renewable energy production to 20% by 2022.
